SmokeLess LGBT DC is coalition network against tobacco

For the first time in 25 years, warnings on cigarette packaging will change. The FDA requires that all cigarette packaging feature larger, more graphic warning labels. The new cigarette warnings will be applied to packages by September 2012. In addition to the pictures, each package will also include the national quitline telephone number–1-800-QUIT-NOW

These methods have been proven to reduce tobacco use in other countries. Do you think they will work for Americans? What do you think of the new warning labels?
